    Captivating storyline, definitely kept my attention. There are some rather disturbing elements, especially in the way Phillip treats his wife (various forms of abuse), which may deter some from reading this book. The only thing I would change would be cleaner transitions when the story jumps to the past - some sort of chapter header would be helpful when the story shifts so the reader isn't trying to figure out what's going on. Overall, I enjoyed the read and had some difficulty putting it down.

    Excellent! I really enjoyed the characters, locales, and suspense of the story but, most of all, the ease of the read. It has the uninterrupted flow that is missing from dozens of other books I have read recently on-line for free, plus a few for which I paid. Congrats! Your book is the first that did not require extensive editing. It seems other authors merely rely on spellcheck. Perhaps they expect readers to disregard any confusion from extra and/or missing words, homophones, punctuation or grammatical errors. I cannot do so. Hence, I greatly appreciate authors who care enough about their readers to utilize an intelligent human to proofread their products.
